Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR)
Each year, your parish council is obliged to nominate a period during which parishioners may ask to see any records, financial or otherwise, generated by the council, during the proceeding year, pertaining to the finances, management and accountability of the business of Chitterne.
In addition to this announcement, dated May 3rd 2025, it will be posted on the village noticeboard, on chitterne.com and in the June edition of Chit-Chat.
The period during which these records will be made available will be:
Tuesday June 3 2025 to Monday July 14 2025
