The Chitterne Village Hall is available to hire as follows:
Sessions:
Village Hall hire periods are defined as being either a Day or a Session:
Morning Session: 0800 to 1230 hours
Afternoon Session: 1230 to 1730 hours
Evening Session: 1730 to 2300 hours *
Business Session: 0800 to 1730 hours *
* extension by agreement with the Village Hall Committee
Charges with effect from January 2012:
Village Resident Private Hire:
Rate: £20 per session, £40 per day
Village Group Hire:
Rate: £10 per session
Current registered groups include: Bell Ringers, Cricket Club, Chitterne Allotments, Sticky Fingers, Sudan Lunches.
Statutory Village Meetings:
Rate: £5 per session
Parish Council and Parochial Church Council bookings may be confirmed up to 10 months in advance, or by agreement with the Village Hall Committee.
Non-Resident Hire:
Rate: £45 per session, £90 per day (50% deposit non refundable on cancellation)
Bookings by Non-Residents for social events may be confirmed up to 3 months in advance, or by agreement with the Village Hall Committee.
Business Hire:
Rate: £90 per day (50% deposit non-refundable on cancellation)
Bookings by Residents or Non-Residents for business purposes may be confirmed up to 2 months in advance, or by agreement with the Village Hall Committee.
